Denver Zoo
Denver Zoo, one of the largest and most popular zoos in the United States, had an IT infrastructure made up of disparate financial systems. This made it difficult for employees to access the financial data they needed to operate effectively. Wanting to take advantage of a fully integrated system, the IT team decided to implement Serenic Navigator - certified by Microsoft Dynamics™. Since going live in April 2006, Serenic Navigator has already provided Denver Zoo employees with faster and easier access to real-time financial data.

Diocese of Great Falls-Billings
Founded in 1904, the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings serves some 100,000 Catholics throughout Eastern Montana. When the Diocese began the search for a new fund accounting solution in March 2002, it sought a supplier it believed would have staying power in the marketplace, one that would support the Diocese's investment over the long term. In addition, the Diocese wanted a fully integrated solution that offered programming flexibility and thorough documentation and online help. The Diocese's search led it to Serenic Navigator.

Trans World Radio
Trans World Radio (TWR) is an international Christian broadcasting ministry that has been proclaiming the Good News of God for more than 50 years. TWR began a search in 2001 for a new global fund accounting system because its former system was no longer supported, making it far too expensive to maintain. TWR also looked for an accounting system that could grow with it, not a system limited to today's requirements only. After considering over 50 products, TWR selected Serenic Navigator to meet its global requirements.

Philadelphia Zoo
More than 1,600 animals from around the world, 42 acres of picturesque Victorian gardens, stunning artwork, and historical architecture set the scene for America's first zoo on Philadelphia. As with most non-profit organizations, the Zoo needed to do more with less - to maximize every dollar of revenue it collects. To that end, the Zoo initiated a search in 2002 for a fund accounting solution that would increase operational efficiencies and better manage expenditures. After evaluating several fund accounting solutions that claim to have NFP-specific functionality, the Zoo selected Serenic Navigator.

University of Virginia Alumni Association
Headquartered on the main campus in historic Charlottesville, the University of Virginia Alumni Association is the primary communications channel between alumni and their alma mater. The primary responsibility of the Association's board of managers is to administer more than $50 million donated each year to the University's various foundations, scholarship programs, and trusts. In order to maximize efficiencies and eliminate redundancies, the association wanted a modern fund accounting solution. After a thorough review of the marketplace, the UVA Alumni Association selected Serenic Navigator.

Human Rights Campaign
Based in Washington, D.C., the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is America's largest gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) advocacy organization. The organization was using four separate databases to manage four separate funds, resulting in "reconciliation efforts and reporting challenges that were unbearable." To eliminate this problem, HRC began a search for a complete fund accounting solution. Four months later, after having evaluated several commercially-available packages, HRC selected Serenic Navigator.
